Job opportunity

Duties:

• Network monitoring and management
• Diagnosing and resolving network problems in a timely manner using various diagnostic tools;
• Participation in designing, planning, implementing, and documenting the network aspects of new I.T. initiatives;
• Providing consulting advice on technical solutions and/or changes to business methods and processes to various clients;
• Maintaining LAN/WAN/wireless/VoIP operations by working with network facility and vendors to ensure timely problem resolution;
• Maintaining and using network management applications to identify network faults to ensure data or other telecommunications access to customers;
• Communications with end users, troubleshooting.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Experience:

 *This job position is opened for graduates.

Post-secondary degree in the related field of Canada institution.

Requirements: 

1. Allowed to work in Canada. 
2. Having a car and valid BC driver’s license.
3. Be able to work overtime.
